The short version: we set no cookies
Sahaayak AI does not set any browser cookies — no analytics, no tracking, no advertising. All client-side state lives in your browser's localStorage instead, which never leaves your device on its own.
Because only strictly-functional storage is used, there's no optional tracking to accept — no consent banner needed. Continuing to use the demo constitutes consent to the essential storage listed below; clearing your site data withdraws it.

What reaches our servers
When you sign in, your provider identity (Google account id and name, or phone number) and a business name are sent to our API to create your tenant. Chat messages, uploaded documents, invoices and approvals are stored server-side (DynamoDB/S3 on AWS) so agents can work on them; approved reminders are sent as real email via SES.
The public demo workspace runs on sample data — please don't upload confidential or real personal data there. Demo data may be reset or deleted at any time.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts loads typefaces from fonts.gstatic.com.
- Google Sign-In, when configured, authenticates you through Google's own consent screen — Google may set its own cookies on accounts.google.com under Google's privacy policy.
- Google Drive/Sheets/Docs/Calendar connectors use a service account and only see files you explicitly share to it.
