Sahaayak AI provides AI "back-office" agents for Indian businesses — receivables tracking, supplier sourcing and cash-flow analysis — where agents draft actions and the owner approves them before anything is sent.

These terms cover your use of sahaayak.space, including the public demo workspace, which runs on sample data. By using it you accept these terms.

The showcase tenant ("Ramesh Hardware & Electricals") and its invoices, suppliers, alerts and reports are seeded sample data. Agent outputs are AI-generated drafts that can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing here is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice — verify anything important with a professional before acting on it.

Parts of the demo sit behind a shared passcode (the "gate") distributed with invite links. Signing in — by Google, phone OTP stub, or the demo tenant — creates a lightweight session in your browser. This is demo-grade authentication by design, not hardened production auth.

Don't:

• upload confidential, personal or third-party data you have no right to share,
• probe, overload or abuse the demo backend or its AWS/GCP connectors,
• misrepresent AI-drafted content (reminders, reports) as professionally reviewed work.

Agents can draft payment reminders, reports and suggested actions, but user-facing sends are gated on owner approval. You're responsible for reviewing anything you approve — a drafted reminder sent through SES is a real email leaving a real inbox.

Google Drive, Sheets, Docs and Calendar connectors work through a service account and only see files you explicitly share to it. Other integrations shown in the product (WhatsApp, Tally, Razorpay and similar) are roadmap concepts — marked "coming soon" — not live integrations.

The demo is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee and may be changed, reset or taken down at any time — demo data can be wiped without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Sahaayak AI accepts no liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the demo.
